Institute For The Creative Arts

The School of Dramatic Arts, or Theatre, focuses primarily on musical theatre but offers classes for students who wish to perform in non-musicals. Students can choose a performance or a technical theatre track. The performance track leans heavily upon acting, singing, dancing, rehearsing, and performing while the technical theatre track provides strong foundational elements in scenic, lighting, costume, sound, and properties design, along with studies in digital media, stage management and technical direction. The program prepares students for a college program in theatre and for a career in the theatrical arts.
